Volunteer Coaches Needed

No coaching experience needed! We will teach you and provide you the resources to learn & develop.

In return for volunteering to be a head coach we will offer you a free registration for your player for the spring 2023 season (upon completion of coaching requirements coaches will be reimbursed for one player per team coached).

Steps to Becoming a Coach

Step 1: Register As a Coach! Complete the online coach registration form by clicking Register at the top of the page! Scroll down for directions on how to register as a coach here on our website. Note: Coaches will be contacted by their Division Representative after the Registration close date.
Step 2: Coaches will need to complete the Coaching Requirements (Click Here) and attend a mandatory Coaches Meeting before the season begins. Coaches who registered under CalSouth should have their requirements automatically populate in their registration form and don't need to re-do the requirements.
Step 3: And HAVE FUN!! Thank you for volunteering to coach this season!! We can't do this without you!

Coaching Refund Request

Coaches may request their refund at any point during the season. Requests will be approved once all coaching requirements have been met. Coaches may request one refund per team coached. Thank you for volunteering!!

Please note that refund checks are mailed within the first week of each month to the address on the online form. Please contact [email protected] for questions about the status of your refund.

Volunteer Registration Assistance

Need help registering as a Head Coach, Assistant Coach, or Team Parent? Follow the directions below

Step 1: When coaches want to start the registration process they should choose "Register" as they don't currently have a profile on this portal. Once they have created their account in the future they will "Login"
Note: If the coach is returning and has a profile in the Cal South Association product it's important that they use the same data matching criteria (first name, last name, DOB & email) when registering in the Ramona Sports Connect Club portal.

Step 2: The next step would be to either Register My Players (then they would be able to still register for a volunteer during the registration process). Or if they are just coaching and have no players they would select "Register Myself / Volunteer". Then follow the prompts to enter coach information and submit.
