Notice on San Diego Fires

Hello Members of RSL,

An open letter to all members of the Ramona Soccer League from both the President of the RSL, as well as, all the members of the board.

We would first like to say that at this time of need our thoughts and prayers are with you and your families. Like almost all of you, the first thoughts in you heads is not the status of the upcoming soccer games this weekend, but the safety of our families. With that in mind, our condolences go out to both those who have been not only temporarily displaced by the fires, but especially to those members of our community who have to deal with substantial loss at this time.

In order to help you focus on the most important things at this time, your families, the decision has been made to cancel the games for this weekend. A decision will be made at a later time regarding what will be done regarding the lost games. The decision regarding when to restart practices will also be made at a later date.

The coaches clinic and Risk Management session set for Friday October 26 @ 6 PM has been postponed until further notice.

Again, my thoughts and prayers go out to all those, both RSL members as well as the rest of the community as a whole.
